Our approach begins with an on site business analysis. The analysis requires between 3 and 6 calendar weeks, depending on the scope of work.

We observe work in progress at the level of both operations and management process. We believe most problems are founded in poor management disciplines and behaviors. Management systems are often badly designed, and fail to demand required behaviors. System compliance is often ignored. When operating performance deteriorates markedly, the forerunner is almost always that management process has become abstracted and marginalized.

We critique current management systems and test the integrity of management’s operating standards.

We observe work in progress at the level of both production and management process. We believe most problems are founded in poor management disciplines and behaviors. Management systems often fail to demand required behaviors, and system compliance is often ignored.

We critique current management systems and test the integrity of management’s operating standards.

At the end of our analysis, we propose a program designed to overcome the weaknesses we have observed. We specify the estimated financial and operational benefits to be delivered over a timeframe of between 18 and 40 calendar weeks, depending on the scope of work.

We charge a subsidized flat fee for our analysis and we bill for time spent by our consultants during a subsequent program.

In order to manage our client’s risk during any subsequent transition program, we require no contract for completion of the program.

Our clients have the right to terminate our programs without reason, at any time, subject to a 7 day notice period.
